Privacy policy

This page explains what the Shock Therapy Group, LLC website collects and what happens to it. It covers this website only. Your care itself, including your records, scheduling and telehealth visits, is handled in our patient system under our Notice of Privacy Practices, which you receive when you become a patient.
The message form
When you send a message, we receive your name, a phone number or email address, and the few words you write about what brings you in. That goes to our practice admin, who reads it, matches you with a provider and passes it to that provider so they can contact you. We also email the admin to say a message arrived.
Please keep medical details for your appointment. The form is only for getting in touch, and it is not a crisis line: if you are in immediate danger, call or text 988.
To keep out spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is sending it. Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser to do that.
Counting visits
We count visits without cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, roughly where they came from, and whether they called, emailed or sent a message from the site. It sets no cookie, keeps no IP address, and cannot follow you from one day to the next or across other websites.
We do not use advertising trackers, the Meta Pixel or Google Analytics on this site, and we do not sell or share what you send us for marketing.
Who else handles it
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Supabase stores the messages sent through the form.
- Resend delivers the email that tells our admin a message arrived.
- Cloudflare runs the spam check on the form.
- Psychology Today shows its verification badge in the footer, loaded from their site.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to follow up with you and run the practice, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
