OUR SERVICES

Shock Therapy Group offers diagnostic evaluation, medication management where appropriate, and psychotherapy services. We specialize in providing trauma-informed care for clients with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, ADHD, family conflicts, career struggles, addiction concerns, marriage issues, and more. We have extensive experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community.

TELEHEALTH SERVICES: Our services are offered via telehealth throughout the state of Indiana, and then with certain providers in-office appointments are available in our Fort Wayne office. Virtual telehealth services are provided through a safe and secure telehealth video portal. Links to the portal are provided in every appointment reminder sent after scheduling.

IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS: In-person appointments are currently available by appointment only in Fort Wayne, IN, with provider Jenna Shock, PMHNP-BC, and therapist Jessica Erebor, LMFT. All other providers are exclusively telehealth at this time. Location details provided with appointment scheduling!

Insurances currently accepted include Aetna, Anthem (Marketplace Pathways plan excluded - they have their own provider network), Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, United Healthcare, Optum, UMR, Traditional Medicaid of Indiana, Ambetter, MHS, Traditional Medicare, PHP, and Caresource. Please note that every carrier has some small carveout programs that have their own provider network, so we ALWAYS recommend calling your insurance directly to confirm our provider is in-network for you.

Self-pay options are also available, requiring payment on day of service.
